Tour itinerary.
Day 1: Marrakech-Atlas Mountains-Ait Benhaddou-Ouarzazate-Rose Valley-Tinghir:
The 3-day desert tour from Marrakech starts in front of Cafe France in Jamaa El Fna square. You will be crossing the High Atlas Mountains, quick stops will be made on the way. For instance, you will visit the argan oil cooperative, and the highest pick of 2260 meters. After that, you will arrive at Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, you will have time to visit it hiking for about an hour and a half. You will make a quick stop in the rose valley before you check in at your accommodation in Tinghir.

Day 2: Tinghir-Todra Gorges-Erfoud-Merzouga desert:
After your typical Moroccan breakfast, the 3-day journey from Marrakech to the Moroccan desert of Merzouga will continue to Tinghir. Todgha Gorges are located near Tinghir and are an amazing mix of towering stone cliffs and a tight canyon around 10 meters wide. As a result, we will go to Merzouga through a trail surrounded by villages until we reach Erfoud and Rissani. You will feel as though you have just begun your journey into the desert, and we will take you directly to Merzouga.
Merzouga is a popular tourist site, and your first experience will begin with camel rides into the golden dunes, followed by sandboarding. The experience will be spectacular and beautiful. That is, you will be accompanied thereafter to see the sunset. As the sun disappears into the dunes, the sunset becomes stunning. You will appreciate observing the sky at night while listening to Tuareg music at the camp.

Day 3: Merzouga-Marrakech:
We will wake you up early in the morning to view the dawn in the dunes, and then we will ride the camels back to Merzouga. After breakfast and a wash in camp, we begin our trip back to Marrakech, passing through various places and Berber villages until we reach Ouarzazate, where we will take the same route back to Marrakech. Your combined 3-day desert tour from Marrakech will conclude at 7:30 PM, with a drop-off at your hotel or the closest accessible point to your riad.
